Beant College of Engineering & Technology, Gurdaspur was established by the Govt. of Punjab as an autonomous Institution through registered society. The foundation stone was laid on February 28,1994 and the college was inaugurated on August 20,1995 by the Chief Minister Late Sardar Beant Singh Ji. The college campus including the instructional buildings, amenties, residential and other facilities is spread over 70 acres of Land.

The college is imparting instructions in the Engineering disciplines of Bio Technology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology & Mechanical Engineering at under graduate level and Thermal Engineering, Production Engineering , Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science Engineering at Post graduate level.

About APEX

APEX MANAGEMENT SOCIETY was established in August 2009, in the presence of Mr. Vishal Mahajan and Mr. JK Behl. Society started with 323 student memberships. The major objective of the APEX is to assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and to guide them for future options. Being the only management society of the college, APEX effectively contributes in various necessary areas.
